IT companies ಬಂದ ಮೇಲೆ, Bangalore expand ಆಯಿತು... ಹೊಸ extended areas ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ದವರೆ ಇಲ್ಲ .... Real-estate Builders ದೊಡ್ಡ ದೊಡ್ಡ apartment and society build ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ...ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹೊರರಾಜ್ಯ ಜನರೇ ಇರೋದು... ಇಗೆ ಆಗ್ತಾ ಹೋದರೆ, Bangalore Alli ಕನ್ನಡದವರು minorities ಆಗಿಬಿಡ್ತಾರೆ... Bangalore ಇರೋ IT companies ಗಳು, college campus interview ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡದವರಿಗಿಂತ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ತಮಿಳ್,ತೆಲುಗು, UP ,Biharis ge select ಮಾಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಷ್ಟೊಂದು ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ colleges (218)ಇದೆ.. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ students na select ಮಾಡೋ ಬದಲು, ಬೇರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ students ಗೆ select ಮಾಡಿ job ಕೊಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ಸ್ ಏನು ಬರ ಇಲ್ಲ... ಆದ್ರೂ ಬೇಕು ಬೇಕು ಅಂತಾನೆ ಹಿಂದಿ ಅವ್ರಿಗೆ importance ಕೊಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದಾವೆ IT company ಗಳು.. I am a software engineer,I know the fact..ಹೊರ ರಾಜ್ಯ ದವರು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂತ ಬಂದು ಇಲ್ಲೇ settle ಆಗ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ..ಆಮೇಲೆ ಅವ್ರು ಕನ್ನಡದವರು ನಾ ಕೀಳಾಗಿ ಕಾಣೋದು ಬೇರೆ... ಕನ್ನಡ ನಾಡಿನ ನೆಲ, ಜಲ, ಎಲ್ಲಾನೂ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ಸೇರ್ಬೇಕು.. Hello Amar prasad, u r talking silly about favourism... Dont mislead public using ur media.. I have been in IT industry from past 12+ years,...you dont know anything about candidature... During campus hire,companies goes to other state colleges...north Indian states -UP,BIHAR,MP ETC... they hire them and train them in the company for 2-3 months and put them into client projects... Fresher will not have any special skill other than engineering college syllabus knowledge... The technology we learn in companies, anybody can learn and master within 6 months... One more thing VTU Belgaum , Karnataka is one of the best universities in India.. more than 200 engineering colleges are affiliated to VTU... There is no shortage of engineering college and students... All the engineering colleges under VTU have same syllabus ok.... So knowledge is same for all VTU engineers... The question is when they have enough engineering students in Karnataka,why Bangalore companies are hiring North Indian college students... All drama by software companies that skill shortage..that these .. it is applicable only for lastest cloud technology and ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, these are the new emerging technologies,where there are not much people having experience... For rest of the technology they have enough experienced people...learning any technology is not a big deal, withing 6 months engineering student can master... Who all present software engineers are there in the industry are all hired as fresher and they were given corporate training from their companies itself... All have started as a fresher and became experienced ok... All north Indian management people only opposing reservations... Today Infosys has told it is ready to accommodate local and they have no problem in following it... Infosys is not a small company...when local IT GAINT like Infosys is ready to agree for Karnataka govt rules, why not other companies...? In client project, tamil,telugu, ,UP,BIHARI, Gujarat,punjabi all will be doing same sofware engineering work only... All are trained by IT companies as a fresher, and all have same knowledge... I dont see any extra talent in outside state people... It is all HR, management(up,bihari,tamil, Telugu , Marathi)people strategy to hire students from other state engineering colleges and bringing them to Bangalore.. no foreign software companies ready to invest in UP/BIHAR... because of bad social system (rape case, crime rate, communal roits etc, law and order not good).. Bangalore is the better choice in many ways... So they prefer bangalore, also investment in bangalore is safe.. This is the advantage... In US, if you say u r a software engineer from Bangalore,there is a different level of status.it is a pride thing... Karnataka having lot of harmony... They are never dominating like any other state in India... We people of Karnataka have made this Karnataka so much good ...go to tamilnadu , too much tamil dominance... Karnataka govt is asking jobs for Karnataka graduates only, not for any dumb uneducated person in private sector ... Also, companies can open as many branch they can in other states also... They can operate from anywhere in india,there is no restrictions... If they open an office in UP/Bihar let them give job for all UP/BIHARIS.... If they open office in PUNJAB, let them give jobs for all punjabis... There is no problem... Dont think companies will completely vacate from Bangalore,they are not fools... Instead they will choose to expand their offices in other states... But,Their investment is more safe in Bangalore compared to other NORTH Indian states,...it is kind of too much risky for them to move to Hindi belt states... Is Karnataka govt restricting IT companies, not to expand in other states, ? Not at all.. Already, infosys,TCS,WIPRO, Accenture all have IT campus in other states(Mumbai,pune,noida, chennai, Hyd).. Karnataka govt are asking for jobs in offices which are located in Karnataka only, not to reserves jobs in office outside karnataka... I would say modiji should make a law that, all private companies should give 50% of jobs to localities.. then there will be a balance in the distribution of job and economy...
