Koodli, also spelled Kudli or Kudali, is a small historic village in Shimoga District, in the Indian state of Karnataka. It is at the sangam of two rivers, the Tunga River and Bhadra River at nearly 1,200 metres. They meet here to give rise to the Tungabhadra River, a tributary of the Krishna river.
