What I felt is, it's really difficult for middle class people to buy an apartment, on top of that ,investing in interior work worth 20 lack is not feasible for them. What occurred to me is that if you could show your project with lower budget of 5-8 lack, this will be helpful for everyone. And this could be really beneficial for you as well.

Can be done in 5 to 8 lakh too Sir....again it's depends on the materials and requirements

You may be right... My logic is, built-up area is approx 1200-1500 sq ft. Consider 200/sq ft max 30 lakhs..if this is the case, 23 lakhs is more....

As I said it's depends on the materials...as you know we won't do interior for build up area Sir...veneer finish, acrylic sheet, floor to ceiling wardrobe will cost you more Sir.. Thank you
