Nice recipe. You have shown well. Kobbari mitai is one of the old favourites on my family, though of late youngsters are conscious about what they eat...so kobbari mitai has become a victim. 😂 I have been making this for many years now. The only difference in how I make is that I mix sugar and grated coconut together and keep on medium flame. I don’t add any water. Sugar will soon melt and the rest of the procedure is like how you show. It is faster. Fool proof sweet. I also make kobbari mitai with ona kobbari thuri....same procedure as with th fresh coconut.
