The recipe looks great. However, taking off all that cooked water will lower the nutrient content. I think it would be better to cook with very less water or cook it in a pan.
You can fry thodey kayi after u put oil mustard seeds urad dal chanal dal..then put some water..after it gets soft u can add the powdered mixture...and fry..carry on process..just my opinion..🙂🙂
