Ma'am, last week i had bought just 2 pieces of badusha from very famous sweet shop here in blore just to taste and compare with my home made badusha, trust me ma'am, that sweet shop badusha was no where near the one i prepared. We at home add only ghee and fry in only good oil But in shops, they will definetly add dalda to get profit and also add some chemicals in sugar syrup to stop it from getting crystalized. once we start enjoying home made sweets, we cannot have the same feeling towards with shop sweets. That is my experience. little effort but yes taste, hygiene and quality is unmatchable. Thanks :)
@@AdugeSadhana ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸತ್ಯ ನೀವು ಹೇಳೋದು ! ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಬೇಕು ಅಂದ್ರೆ ನಾನು ಇವತ್ತು ಕಜ್ಜಾಯದ ಹಿಟ್ಟು ತಯಾರು ಮಾಡಿದೆ ದೀಪಾವಳಿಗೆ ಅಂತ. ಎರಡು ಕಜ್ಜಾಯ ಮಾಡಿ ನೋಡಿದೆ. ನೀವು ಹೇಳಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ದುಡ್ಡು ಕೊಟ್ರೂ ಮನೆಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಸಿಗಲ್ಲ ಬಿಡಿ ! ಒಪ್ತೀನಿ, ಶ್ರಮ , ತಾಳ್ಮೆ , ಸಮಯ , ಶೃಧ್ಧೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಬೇಕು ಮಾಡುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಇರಬೇಕು ಅಂದ್ರೆ !
Respected Madam namaskar, I m one of your subscriber & passionate foodie. I have seen your idle, dosa recipe was best,but I have problem with batter which is not furmanted in rainy & cold atmosphere. Could you send any suggestions
If the weather is cold, cover the batter vessel with warm cloth and keep it in one corner. Definetly it will get fermented well. I usually do the same during november december months in Bangalore. Thank you

Madam, you can add badam paste to badam puri dough and prepare badam puri. That is one variety. But usually the one we get in sweet shops and marriage , simply they put some badam pieces on it and serve. That is what i know ma'am. Thank you :)
