More suggestion 1.avoid falsa ceiling 2.put extra point every where. 3.make provision for concealed pipes,wiring in the ceiling at the type RCC . Put 2 inch with spring at all point. Never comod make extra connection of pipe line. For all door framing make upvc framing and it can covered with teak vieners and it can polished.

And also add one more point to this is that NEVER appoint a civil Engineer shown by your ( close/friend) Contractor, even if your Contractor highly recommends,appraises him because of following reasons 1. Appointed Engineer will never point out Contractors mistakes. 2. Engineer will show 1.5 to 2 feet depth beams in the slab in the drawing, but Contractor put only 1 feet depth beams, and in the billing Engineer show 1.5/ 2 feet beam. All mutual understanding between Contractor and engineer 3. Don't believe in anybody so easily, unless you know the subject So appoint your own known Engineer of your family/friends

Using spring for future purposes... is a big mistake.. because it takes rust over the period and is stuck into the pipe where entire piping will be wasted.
