For Stocks income(capital gain) you need to file ITR2. Usually July 31 of the year will be last date for tax filing for previous financial year . Financial year : April 2023 to March 2024 Tax filing last date : 31st July 2024

You might have selected new tax regime and since there is no 80c/80d exemption those options will be disabled.

No. You can choose one regime while filling returns. Either old or new. It would be good to inform your employer while you do the investment declaration at the start of financial year
