Ingredients : For 1kg measurement 1. 1kg jeera rice soaked 2. Mushroom (2pocket) -400gm 3. Palak 2 bundle ( clean and put it in hot water , grind then keep it on stove and make thick paste) 4. Ghee 5. Fried onion -1 cup 6. Chopped onion 2 7. Curd -150ml 8. Roasted cashew nut 9. Saunf 10 dhania 11. Ginger ,garlic 12 green chillies 13. Oil 200ml 14. Star flower 15. Marata Maggi 16. Cinnamon (checked) 17. Jeera 18. Black pepper 19. Jai patre 20. Lavanga 22. Kalluvoovu 23. Kasurimethi 24. Salt Garam masala ingredients and preparation 1 cup Dhania( cup as shown in video) 1 fist full ( olamusti) sompu or saunf 1 fist full jeera 1 fist full pepper 1 fist full cloves 1 fist full Kallu voouu 1 fist full kasurimeti Jai patre 4 Jai Kai 1 Palav or bay leaves 4 Elachi or cardamom half fist or 10-12 Cinnamon or checked 10 inch Fried onion 1 cup Roasted cashew 15 Dry roast all ingredients then add one cup same as dhania cup of rock salt on it and grind into fine powder Make a paste of 2 fist full of garlic, 1fist full of ginger and 12 green chillies Preparation: Add 200ml of oil , then add chopped onions fry them till it turns red, add ginger garlic and green chilli paste , add mushrooms and fry , then add Palak paste and 1 big spoon of garam masala prepared , add turmeric add curds then add two measure of water add rice allow to cook check for salt add gram masala if salt is required when it is almost cooked add ghee and keep it for dhum for 10 minutes… then you can relish it hot Note: please don’t add additional salt as garam masala is having salt required No tomato required

Sir, I have tried your masala dosa recipe.. It was too good.. However the masala puri recipe wasn’t good at all.. There was nothing to thicken the gravy.
