Our Legal system is largely framed by British. We need Judicial Reforms just like Economic Reforms on a war footing basis. This would be a Game changer in the progress of the country. Infact we need large scale reforms in all the Depts. Massive overhauling nd amending the protocals must be taken up. Only BJP led by Modi Ji can do.

Why should the lawyer say - 'My lords' a zillion times when talking to the judge. In the corporate world, we address everybody with their first name including the CEO. No human has descended from heaven not even a judge. As a common man I will need a English dictionary to understand even a single sentence of this argument. I am just not happy with the way judicial system works in India. Too much time wasted on technicalities of law book rather than using common sense on the actual scam.

Let the counsel state how a learned lawyer with years of ministerial experience can pretend that he is ignorant of what transpired in his family. Have not CMs in the past not stepped down when enquiries involving them were initiated. All legal principles relating to fairness is for the governor only and not for the CM
