We also do same procedure but namage restaurant nalli sigo "ummami" flavor sigolla.... I think some secrets are hard to be revealed.... Even I saw you Manchurian videos but the procedure you show is standard on RU-vid... But each restaurant uses it's own secret procedure and ingredients which they not reveal which we cannot replicate at home.....
