Apple fruit setting happens during winter, pruning should be taken up during November December so that the flowers bloom. If we have a cold winter we will able to get a good yield or else the flowers will drop. Once the fruit sets temperature is not an issue. There are 3 varieties which can be grown here Anna Dorsett and Herman 99. We still have not been able to get the color like the himachal apples. If you have a good yield you can easily get upto 150rs in the market.
