കഴിഞ്ഞ ആഴ്ച ഞാൻ ശംഖുമുഖം കടപ്പുറത്ത് പോയിരുന്നു. പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചത് തണുത്ത കാറ്റ് കടലിൽ നിന്ന് കിട്ടുമെന്നായിരുന്നു പക്ഷേ സംഭവിച്ചത് നേരെ വിപരീതം. വെള്ളത്തിന് പോലും തണുപ്പില്ല കടലിൽനിന്നും അടിക്കുന്ന കാറ്റ് നല്ല ചൂടും ആണെങ്കിലോ

നിലം മുഴുവൻ നികത്തി. ഓരോ വീട്ടിലും നാലും അഞ്ചും വാഹനങ്ങൾ. കാർബൺഡൈഓക്സൈഡും കാർബൺ മോണോക്സൈഡും കൂടി, കോൺക്രീറ്റ് വീട് കൂടി, ടാർറോഡ് കൂടി, മരങ്ങൾ മുഴുവൻ നശിപ്പിച്ചു. ഇതാണ് കാരണം. കൂടുതൽ ഗവേഷണത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യം ഇല്ല.
