Welcome to another exciting episode of English wOw!
In this video, we're diving into an essential aspect of English grammar: the simple past tense. Whether you're a beginner or looking to brush up on your skills, this practice session is perfect for you.
In this video, I will guide you through various types of sentences in the simple past tense, including positive, negative, question, and negative question forms. To make it easier, I'll start by saying each sentence in Malayalam and then provide the correct English translation. This method allows you to guess and practice the sentences, making the learning process more engaging and effective.
By the end of this video, you'll find it much easier to communicate in the simple past tense, enhancing your overall English fluency. Don't forget to join me in this practice session and share your thoughts or any questions in the comments below.
Additionally, we have a fun quiz at the end of the video. Make sure to participate and share your responses in the comment box. If you're interested in joining our Spoken English course, contact us on WhatsApp at 9995672236. We offer courses for all levels, so there's something for everyone.
Thank you for watching and happy learning!

Sir, till ഉം untill ഉം തമ്മിൽ വ്യത്യാസം ഒന്ന് പറയുമോ?
@englishwow
@englishwow 2 месяца назад
"Till" and "until" are often used interchangeably in English, and they generally mean the same thing. However, there are some nuances in their usage: Formality: "Until" is considered more formal than "till." For example: Formal: "We need to stay here until the meeting ends." Informal: "We need to stay here till the meeting ends." Origins and usage: "Till" is actually the older word, dating back to Old English. "Until" is derived from "till" with the addition of the prefix "un-." Context: "Until" is more commonly used in written English and in more formal spoken contexts, while "till" is more frequently used in casual conversation. Both can be used to indicate time up to a certain point. For example: "I can't leave until my work is finished." "Wait here till I get back." Both sentences mean the same thing, but the first is slightly more formal.

Both sentences are correct, but "There are many flowers in my garden" is slightly more natural and commonly used.
