hi bro, I got this sheet from your English channel, and it really helped me a lot to set goals with inflation adjustments. As advised, i've selected funds that best suits me at the present situation, moving forward I hope to rebalance as and when required as per my risk profile. One thing if added could help us- changing or rebalancing when goals are nearing realisation. You have it covered in the sheets that are proceeding but newbies may overlook the same. I regret for not starting the investment 10 years back, as it could have the capital that could self fuel for 70% of my goal from now. This means I could plan for my retirement in another 60 months, when I turn 41. Better late than never. Thank God, atleast I started investing now. Thank you bro

Just think realistically,Private employees-How long they can work in Private sector? Maximum 45-50 years,then how can they pay remaining years? Government employees-Pension is the only advantage for them,most of them are under paid..if they pay 15k...then Mundu murukki jeevikkanam through out life..Also if Government cut more than 35 % LTCG then what will happen?Retail investors again SHASHI..Excel planning is for day dreamers...
