Hi dears I am sharing a very simple and tasty recipe for avial today.Hope you all like it.
Ingredients
Potato-half of one big potato
Carrot-1 small
Snake gourd-few pieces
Ash gourd-few pieces
Drumsticks-2
Plantain-half
Green chilli-3
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
Salt-as per taste
Water-1 cup
Coconut grated-1/2 cup
Shallots-3
Cumin seeds-1/4 teaspoon
Curd- 2 tablespoons
Coconut oil- 2 tablespoons
