Basmati Rice - 1 glass or 1 1/4 cup
Onion - 4 medium size
Green chilly - 1
Tomato - 1 big
Coriander leaves - 1/3 cup
Pudina leaves - 1/3 cup
Boiled egg - 6
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Curd - 3 tbsp
Bay leaf- 2
Mace (Jathipathri) - 1/2
Cardamom - 1
Cloves - 1
Cinnamon sticks - 1 small piece
Star anise (thakkolam) - 1
Oil or ghee- 5 tbsp
Salt - as needed
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Tumeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Biriyani masala - 1/2 tsp
Boiled water - 1 1/4 glass
For egg fry
