കൂട്ടിയിടിക്കാതെ പൈലറ്റ് എങ്ങനെയാണ് വിമാനം പറത്തുന്നത് | How Does Pilots Avoid Mid-Air Collision 

ഒരു കാര്യം കൂടി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്താം ആയിരുന്നു എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. പറക്കുന്ന ദിശക്കനുസരിച്ചാണ് വിമാനങ്ങളുടെ ഉയരം തീരുമാനിക്കുന്നത്. അതായത് നമ്മൾ വടക്ക് ദിശയിലേക്ക് തിരിഞ്ഞു നിൽക്കുമ്പോൾ നമ്മുടെ വലത് ഭാഗത്തേക്ക്‌ (അതായത് കിഴക്കേ ദിശയിലേക്ക് ) പോകുന്ന വിമാനങ്ങൾ ഒറ്റ അക്ക ആയിരം വച്ചുള്ള ഉയരത്തിലായിരിക്കും സഞ്ചരിക്കുക. (9000, 31000, 37000 അടി etc ). അതേ സമയം ഇടത്തെ വശത്തേക്ക് (പടിഞ്ഞാറു )പോകുന്ന വിമാനങ്ങൾ ഇരട്ട അക്കം ഉള്ള ആയിരം അടിയിലാണ് സഞ്ചരിക്കുക. ( 10000, 32000, 38000 etc. ) ഇത് വഴി വിപരീത ദിശയിൽ വരുന്ന വിമാനങ്ങൾ ഒരേ ഉയരത്തിൽ വരുന്നത് തടയാനാകും. കൊച്ചി - ദുബായ് വിമാനങ്ങൾ 32000,34000,36000 തുടങ്ങിയ ഉയരങ്ങളിൽ വരുമ്പോൾ ദുബായ് - കൊച്ചി വിമാനങ്ങൾ 33000,35000,37000 തുടങ്ങിയ ഉയരങ്ങളിൽ ആവും വരുന്നത്. മലയാളത്തിൽ ഇത് പറഞ്ഞു മനസിലാക്കാൻ അൽപ്പം ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ്. നെറ്റിൽ Half Moon Principle എന്നോ, Aircraft Cruising altitude rules എന്നോ സേർച്ച്‌ ചെയ്താൽ പെട്ടന്ന് മനസിലാക്കാം.

പ്രവാസി ആയതിനാൽ വിമാനയാത്ര കുറെ ചെയ്തെങ്കിലും, ഒത്തിരി സംശയങ്ങൾ മനസ്സിൽ തന്നെ വെച്ചിരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. പല വ്ലോഗും കണ്ട് നോക്കിയെങ്കിലും ഏറെ ഇഷ്ടം തോന്നിയതും വ്യക്തത തോന്നിയതും പെങ്ങളുടെ വീഡിയോസ് കൊണ്ടാണ്... ഒത്തിരി ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നു.. കൂടുതൽ വീഡിയോസ്നായി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു...

ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ കാണുന്ന ഒരു പേജ് ആണ് ഇത്.ഏതൊരു കൊച്ചു കുട്ടികൾക്കും മനസിലാവുന്ന തരത്തിലുള്ള അവതരണം ആണ് ഇത്.ഇനിയും ഒരുപാട് നല്ല വിഡിയോകൾ കാണുവാനുള്ള ഭാഗ്യം ഞങ്ങൾക്കുണ്ടാകും എന്നാണ് എന്റെ പ്രതീക്ഷ.എല്ലാത്തരത്തിലുമുള്ള ആശംസകൾ നേരുന്നു.

Traffic alert and collision avoidance system (tcas ). ഫ്ലൈറ്റിന്റെ സേഫ്റ്റി level radius ഹൊറിസോണ്ടൽ ആയി 40 NM ഉം വെർട്ടിക്കൽ ആയി +9900 and -9900 ആണ്. രണ്ടു ഫ്ലൈറ്റ് തമ്മിൽ 1000ft ആണ് minimum separation clear level.2ആന്റിന ആണ് ഉള്ളത് ഈ ആന്റിന ഫ്ലൈറ്റിന്റെ fuselage ഇൽ മുകളിൽ ഒന്നും താഴെ ഒന്നും ആണ് ഫിറ്റ്‌ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇതു receive ചെയുന്നത് ¹) Relative hearing. ²)Rang and closure rate. ³) Reletive attitude/flight level എന്നിവയാണ് . ദിവ്യാ പറഞ്ഞത് പോലെ ഒരേ ലെവലിൽ ഫ്ലൈറ്റ് വരുമ്പോ ഇതിൽ അലാറം മെസ്സേജ് വരുകയും പൈലറ്റ് Auto pilot off cheythu flight direction നും off ചെയ്ത് tcas ന്ടെ നിർദ്ദേശം അനുസരിച്ചു climb ചെയ്യുകയോ descend ചെയ്യുകയോ ചെയുന്നു. അതിനു ശേഷം Cruising attitude maintain ചെയുന്നു. നാവിഗേഷൻ ഡിസ്പ്ലേ യിൽ 2 ഫ്ലൈറ്റുകളിലും ഫ്ലൈറ്റ് ലെവൽ മുകളിൽ ആണെങ്കിൽ +... എന്നും (+25000) താഴെ ആണെങ്കിൽ -....എന്നും (-24000)ആറ്റിട്യൂട് ലെവലിൽ കാണിക്കും. Flight indication 2 ഫ്ലൈറ്റുകളുടെയും distance അനുസരിച്ചു diamond ആകൃതിയിൽ(ഫ്ലൈറ്റ് അങ്ങിനെയാണ് ഡിസ്പ്ളേയിൽ കാണിക്കുക ) white,(normal)yellow ,red എന്നി കളറിൽ മാറും . 6 nots ആവുമ്പോൾ ആണ് red വരുക. 2 ഫ്ലൈറ്റിനും ഡിഫ്രൻഡ് കമാൻഡ് ആണ് കൊടുക്കുക ഒന്നിന് climb ഉം രണ്ടാമത്തേതിന് descend ഉം ആണ്. സേഫ്റ്റി ലെവൽ അയൽ callsign+clear of conflict അല്ലെങ്കിൽ adjust vertical speed/maintain vertical speed എന്നി മെസേജ് വരും atc or tacs. High attitude ഇൽ (aerodynamic Speed 260 kt )auto pilot off ചെയ്ത് മാനുൽ ആയി പറത്താൻ പാടില്ല എന്നുണ്ട് but ഈ അവസരത്തിൽ ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട് RVSM(Redused vertical separation minima)

Madam, ഈ video എന്റെ ഓർമകളെ ഒരുപാട് വർഷങ്ങൾ പിന്നിലോട്ട് കൊണ്ടുപോയി.Saudi airlines ന്റെ aircraft Delhi യിൽ കൂട്ടിയിടിച്ച സമയത്തൊക്കെ ഞാൻ Jeddah K.S.A യിൽ എത്തിയ വർഷമാണ്.Jeddah airport ന്റടുത്തായിരുന്നു എന്റെ താമസം(with my sis &family).അവിടെയുള്ള എന്റെ relatives/friends ന്റെ shop ലെ customer ആയിരുന്നു മരിച്ച pilot.ആ കാലത്തൊന്നും mobile phonum, മലയാളം tv channel, malayalam news paper പോലുമില്ലായിരുന്നു.Shop ൽ വരുന്ന pilot ആയിരുന്നെന്ന് അവർ രണ്ടു ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞാണറിഞ്ഞത്😔.Pilot നും ATC ക്കുമിടയിലുണ്ടായ miss communicationsകൊണ്ടാണ് അപകടം ഉണ്ടായതെന്ന് frnds പറഞ്ഞതോർക്കുന്നു..

Divya, before there was a traffic rule and flight planning has to be divide into 4 segments. 00 to 90 is maintain even thousand, 90 to 180 even thousand plus 500, 180 to 270 odd thousand and 270 to 380 odd thousand plus 500. That time no aircraft collide each other.

Based on investigation for mid air collosion near new Delhi they found two reason 1.Both air craft was not Equipped with TCAS. 2 .Delhi International Airport ATC was equipped with only Primary Surveillance RADAR lack of Secondary Surveillance RADAR .

Tcas 1 gives only gives TA Tcas 2 gives both TA n RA Range of a Tcas is aprox 50KM or 30 Nm It works with the help of transponder TA will generate 40 sec before the potential collision and has also visual warning , which is solid yellow circles along with audio warning RA will generate 15 to 25 sec before the collision n the resolution action must be taken in 2 to 5 sec but RA will generate only in vertical plane It gives warning such as Climb ( rate of climb 1500ft / min ) Increase climb ( rate of climb 2500ft / min) For decent Rate of Decent 1500 ft / min Increase decent : ROD 2500ft / min But it RA will only generate flying altitude above 1000ft above ground level When gettin a TA inform the ATC n wait for instructions and when gettin RA act immediately comply with instrument and notify atc when ops normal Flights operating under Visual flight rules conditions must can operate without TCAS But any flights above MTOW 12500lbs or 5700kg and flying Instrument flight rules must has to have TCAS 2 mandatory

This warning helps the pilots to pull up the plane when the planes likely to hit the mountain.
