Wayanad Landslide : Union home minister Amit Shah on Wednesday expressed condolence on the loss of lives in the tragic landslides in Kerala’s Wayanad and slammed the opposition for doing politics over the issue. While speaking in the Rajya Sabha, Shah claimed that the Pinarayi Vijayan-led government was warned by the Centre a week before the landslides hit the hilly district, adding that the Centre had dispatched nine NDRF teams to Kerala after heavy rainfall was predicted for the southern state.
