Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1 Tablespoon
Hot Water (ചൂടുവെള്ളം) - 1 Litre (4 Cups)
All Purpose Flour (മൈദ) - ½ Cup (70 gm)
Corn Flour (ചോളപ്പൊടി) - ½ Cup (70 gm)
Black Pepper Powder (കുരുമുളക് പൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - ¾ Teaspoon
Refined Oil (എണ്ണ) - 500 ml
Tomato Ketchup (ടുമാറ്റോ കെച്ചപ്പ്) - 3 Tablespoons
Soy Sauce (സോയ സോസ്) - 1 Tablespoon
Chilli Sauce (ചില്ലി സോസ്) - 2 Tablespoons
Water (വെള്ളം) - ½ Cup (125 ml)
Spring Onion Bulb (white part) - ½ Cup (Chopped)
Spring Onion Greens (green part) - ½ Cup (Chopped)
Ginger - 1 Inch Piece (Finely Chopped)
Garlic - 8 Cloves (Finely Chopped)
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 1 No (Chopped)
Capsicum (കാപ്സിക്കം) - One half (Chopped)
Refined Oil (എണ്ണ) - 3 Tablespoons
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - ½ Teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder (കുരുമുളക് പൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
