Cake cream fill ചെയ്യുന്ന cover ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ആണ് ഞാൻ ചെയ്തത്. Success ആയിരുന്നു. ഉള്ളിലേക്ക് തുറിപ്പിച്ച് കൊടുത്തു.

I have some stone available (which is used in construction of basrment of an existing old home . this will be demolished ) so will this stone be also possible to be used in making the walls ? Is thr anything else to be done for finishing for the stone walls ? Would like to know what are the steps in finishing of a stone wall .

I like your trend to make the maximum utilization of space out of minimum availability, budget also quite within a limit. I am very much fascinated with your plane where you used stones . I also want to build my house with these stones, however what should be the thickness of the wall and whether column structure is necessary ?

Dear Mr shinu, I'm a regular viewer of your channel. The contents are really wonderful. I've to get a general idea from you about constructing a House within 2200sqft. My idea is to built using the same way you did in the above video using granite (കരിങ്കല്ല് ). How about the aprox cost, will it be cost effective? Really it'll serve the purpose of reducing temperature inside. Bcos i don't want to put more ac inside. The aesthetics and space management from you are matching almost with my ideas. So I just need the feasibility to do so and your advice regarding the cost side (i don't need in exact, just to work out and then to proceed ). Hope you'll reply. All the best for your innovative ideas once again.
Hi Sajeev Kumar... Thankyou for your message... Granite was readly available near to our site and it was cheap... We took the entire cost of a normal wall to its finishimg stages like putty and painting... And the cost comes around same for granite wall... Cost depends on availability of material and workers...

My place near to kizhakkambalam (20-20).granite's available easily, cost depends, i agree.you can do works in ekm dist also right? My view is with traditional combined to modern amenities with lot of common space and utility spaces (real utility.. Not to close permanent like old house store and deck rooms with spider net 😊). I like the way you providing such areas synchronized with other aminities.also budget is a constraint... I'm trying to limit within 30-35 lk range. No unwanted luxury required. Is it possible?
