If you had mastitis then the supply will be limited. But you can try pumping everything two hrly from both breast with double electric pump. If you didn't have mastitis then there's a possibility you can get back your milk.
If you are top feeding after breastfeeding, then it's normal. If not always breast feed first. Again you need to top feed only if there is a weight loss or less urine output. Make sure you are not using a bottle

Correct the latch if necessary, check for urine output and wt gain if these two things are okay then need not to force feed. Always massage your breast before feeding for adequate wt gain

Dear Aneesha please go with your paediatrician for formula because the need is unique for each baby. Do you really want to give up breastfeeding? If you don't give a bottle, still there is a possibility for breastfeeding.
Don't measure your breast milk by pumping. It is not the correct method. If the baby is gaining weight you should not worry about your milk production. Check the wt gain video if required

Fillers, spoons, palada, even normal cups can be used. Initially you will find it difficult but it's better than using a bottle and eventually the person will get the hang of using these things easily. Need practice. But I don't recommend using it when you are around the house.
Hi Doctor, I am a working mom. My baby is 2.5 months old. I got maternity leave for 2 months only. For last 2 weeks, my milk supply was enough for my baby. But now he is not getting milk at night. He is refusing formula milk also. My duty time is 7 hrs and I take one break to express milk in between. But I feel like my milk supply is getting reduced after I joined for duty. What can I do? I like to feed my baby exclusive breast milk.
Better opt other methods to feed the baby if possible and pump milk after breastfeeding here on and store, so that you can replace formula as well. I would not prefer both bottle and formula.
Train with a sippy cup gradually. Along with that you can feed in palada until the baby gets used to the sippy cup or normal cup. I hope you watched the video
