Great build. If you are going to keep trying with this plane, there are a few things I would suggest; Reduce your control throws even further than you have. Add dihedral to the wing. Add down thrust to the motor mount. Add more nose weight, I think the balance point you are using is OK but the plane should be slightly nose down, not level. A 1000kv motor with a 10" prop is all you need for an aircraft of that type and size. Your video seems to show you moving the throttle stick a lot, why?. Push the throttle to full and leave it alone until you're ready to reduce power to a cruise setting and even then don't move it. You should almost fly using the right stick only. Keep trying and good luck.
