മഹാരാഷ്ട്രയിൽ അങ്ങനെ ആണ് ഞാനും മഹാരാഷ്ട്രയിൽ പണി ചെയ്തത് ആണ് 12 മണിക്കൂർ ഡ്യൂട്ടി ആയിരുന്നു Night ആൾ വന്നില്ലെകിൽ തുടർന്നെ പണിക് നിൽക്കണം ആയിരുന്നു ഒരു തൊഴിൽ നിയമവും ഇല്ലാത്ത സ്ഥലം ആണ് മഹാരാഷ്ട്ര അവിടുത്തെ ആൾക്കാരും നമ്മൾകെ എതിർ ആണ് യാതൊരു തൊഴിൽ നിയമവും ഇല്ലാത്തതും കൊണ്ട് ആണ് മഹാരാഷ്ട്രയിൽ കമ്പനി കൂടുതൽ ഇടുന്നത് ഞാനും 18 വർഷം ഇതുതന്നെ ആണ് അനുഭവിച്ചത് മഹാരാഷ്ട്രയിൽ പ്രൈവറ്റിൽ പണിചെയുന്നവർക് ഒരു നിയമവും മഹാരാഷ്ട്രയിൽ ഇല്ല

ഇത് ഈ company യുടെ മാത്രം കഥയല്ല. അനേകം ചെറുപ്പക്കാരുടെ അവസ്ഥ ഇതാണ്.. നമ്മുടെ മക്കൾ നല്ല ജോലിയിൽ ആണെന്ന് പറയുമ്പോഴും ,അവരുടെ അവസ്ഥ പലപ്പോഴും ശോചനീയമാണ്.ഉണ്ണാനും ഉറങ്ങാനും ബന്ധുക്കളെ കാണാനും പോലും അവസരമില്ല. യാതൊരു ശാസ്ത്രീയതയുമില്ലാതെയാണ് ജോലി ചെയ്യിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.

പലരും ജോലി ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു പോയി നമ്മൾ എടുക്കാൻ തയ്യാറാവുമ്പോൾ കമ്പനി എടുപ്പിക്കും അത്തരം കുറെ കമ്പനികളുണ്ട് ഗുണ്ടകളായ കുറെ മാനേജർമ്മാരും മാന്യമായ തൊഴിൽ കണ്ടെത്തുക വെറുതെ മാനസിക സമർദ്ദം കൊണ്ടു മരിക്കരുത് ജീവൻ വിലപ്പെട്ടതാണ്

This is happening in not just this corporate or MNC company but many other corporate and MNC companies like Tata Consultancy, Intelenet(Telepeformance), First Source Solutions, Intelenet and many others both IT, Non IT and BPO sectors having branches across India where quite of majority of people in DGM, AGM, Managers including HR officials behave arrogant, talk rudely and even threaten staff with job termination as they feel they can get away easily with existing Indian labour laws. Its about high time goverment formulation stricter labour laws with hefty fines imposed on companies that things are not taken likely.

നമ്മുടെ നാട്ടിൽ കുട്ടികളെ പാർട്ട്-ടൈം ജോലിക്ക് വിട്ട് പരിശീലിപ്പിക്കണം. അതിൽ നാണക്കേട് ഉണ്ടാക്കരുത്. പുസ്തകപ്പുഴുക്കളായി വളർത്തി, റാങ്കിന് മാത്രം വേണ്ടി പഠിപ്പിച്ചു, ഒരു സുപ്രഭാതത്തിൽ തീച്ചൂളയിൽ പണി എടുപ്പിക്കുന്നതാവാം വാടി പോകാനുള്ള ഒരു കാരണം. പഠിപ്പും ജോലിയും രണ്ടിനും രണ്ട് സമീപനമാണ് ആവശ്യം.

I am a ca final student...pedi aanu njangalk...oro ca student um 12-14 manikoor padich aan pass avunat ..itrem padichitum she couldn't handle that pressure..It is pathetic...Central Government should take action against such toxic work culture. But one thing I find is Anna should have learnt to say no.She was a qualified CA..She could have got job anywhere..Itra padichitum enthin itra budhimuti ninnu enn etra alloichtum manslavunila

If the employee had felt that pressure of job was too much, then she should have resigned. Why she didn't listen to her parents?. Both the employee and her parents were proud,when a placement was offered by E&Y.
