Regarding titche ...Absolutely right to give 1/10th of your wealth.. to the ...God in many ways.. It should be given not only to paster or priest for their ministry...it can be directed towards many ways..like can be given to the needy poor..to the church... to the widows ...to orphans...or Absolutely to the hands who deserve it the best... Regarding Talante...eg if a person is a nurse being a nurse she can be a kind ..human being...and serve her needy patients in all aspects as Jesus did for his ministry..
You are absolutely right. When we give money to poor and homeless Jesus is receiving it. Now a days Pastors are like jackals licking blood of believers.
What is given to the needy, poor , widows, orphans in need , to the sick in need etc is considered by God as if given to God . It should not be for publicity or expecting something as reward from the receiver or from the world . Giving should not be from compulsion but by own willingness. This is clearly teaching by Jesus , New Testament and Old Testament
Wonderful message. These type of message God's mysteries about practical Christians are need of the time. In this message, 2 points and not convinced. 1. Sacrifice of Habel and Cain. Bible says God is pleased with Habel first and then his offerings. Vice versa with Cain. So sees heart of man. So God is pleased with Heart of Habel, cheerful giving, not because of blood sacrifice. First of all, both have given thanks giving offerings, not sacrifice. Offerings need be with blood. 2. Do not break the tithes. Tithes should be brought to His temple. In NT, Sabha, body of Christ is the temple Hence tithes can be given to any true local churches, it is not breaking, it is dividing the bread and giving to deserving ones, as sabha is universal. Again, in OT tithes are given to temple, mainly for the livelyhood of levite for whom there was no other rights given to them by God. In NT, there is no tithes but sharing of wealth to many which is higher than tithes. This is my understanding. Pls don't feel offended. Am just a baby in spirituality.

Spiritual tithing means people should bring One tenth .And ithe whole amount is not for the pastors to spend lavish lifestyle but it is to be distributed to the poor , widows,orphans etc,etc from the thite money .Bcuz Holy GOD want to see everyone happily fed .GOD want the poor and needy to be cared for . But we now see the pastors very rich and the poor church members r ignored .So where is the justice of pastors

My father inherited so much land from his parents and he was too greedy and so he was not ready to give any penny to me and he kept everything for his sons.He did not even like me ,his only daughter visiting him fearing that he may have to give something to me.He was continuously hurting me with a view to keep me out of his place and now his sons have destroyed all the property by living a wayward life.Neither of them work but spend money out of inheritance

Give money to the needy is the core principle. When you consider needy people the first preference should be to fellow believers. And what kind of money can you give? Any kind of money can be given. Jesus once told the story of a corrupt officer. The king was displeased and sacked him. What did he do? He did further corruption and reduced the burden of his masters debtors. Jesus called him wise man. If you have illegal money use it for the betterment of other people and god will be pleased with your actions.
Dear Brother In Old Testament there were three types of tithes. 1. Tithe to Levites, 2. Tithe for the needy and poor (once in three years), 3. Tithe for the expenses to eat at the temple of God when they go to temple for national festivals. But in the last two cases God instructed that not to neglect the Levites with you. This was the principle that God gave to Moses. According to the Bible there is no mistake in spending a part of the tithe for the needy and poor, but it must not be at the cost of the Levites. Seeds can be sown at different fields as God inspires. How can you interpret that seed is a single seed in order to prove that the tithe should be given to a single person or place? How then the missions that serve Lord will function?
