Ingredients:
How to make Special Yam Sambar & Brinjal masala fry
Yam Sambar
Yam ( Chena) - 1/2 kg ( Cut into Square Pieces)
Small onion - 12 - 15 nos
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Coconut oil - 1 tsp
Water - 11/2 - 2 Cups
Big onion - 2 nos ( Square Pieces)
TOMATO - 1 nos ( Square Pieces)
Water - 1 Cup + 1/2 Cup
Salt( according to taste )
Kashmiri chilli powder - 3 tsp or 1 tbs
Coriander powder - 2 tsp or 3/4 tbs
Asafoetida powder - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves
Coconut oil - 1 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Dry red chillies - 4 - 5 nos
Curry Leaves
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Brinjal masala fry
Brinjal - 2 - 3 big
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Coconut oil - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Water
Coconut oil - 3 tbs
