What you've said is absolutely right! I was previously working with a company which you've mentioned in the video. It's true that they follow such toxic sales strategies. They literally give zero respect to the customer and their preferences. All that they care about is more numbers in sales. Also there are some third party fund raising companies claiming to work for some renowned NGOs who are following the same strategy of toxic sales. Such companies only need to lure the customers into buying their product and once they have bought the product, no after sales support would be provided. Also need to mention about the pressure they put on the staff there. The extended work hours, unrealistic targets, bare minimum holidays and what not! You'll make money, but at the cost of your mental and physical health.

Now after completing the course I am totally devastated and frustrated because I don't want to do a job in the field related to my course.... I am really sad.... I know it's my fault.... Hi buddy, I went through the same situation. Studied something which I never liked for job. My only aim that time was to work for some time, make money, quit and follow my passion. As a girl from a bit of religious family, I worked only for some time that too after marriage. I never let the dream die. I kept gathering information and seeking knowledge regarding the field I liked. Was not in a situation to go for courses and such. I made good use of internet and managed time to learn. I learned everything from scratch bit by bit , day by day. Slowly I started my brand journey. Focused on good products and premium quality, it took time to take off. Fast forward 3 years I am doing good. Closed my loans, started getting consistent customers and the business is thriving. Please don’t loose hope. Make a plan according to your situation. Make micro steps, you will definitely succeed.
