Nair' s contention is that Sri Nambi & ISRO tried to acquire cryogenic secrecy in a clandestine methods. Could anybody believe that an Indian scientist can steal cryogenic secrecy from Russian scientist that also from Russia ? Even if he tried to steal cryogenic secrecy, and develop it in India could he, being an Indian patriot, divulge it since such revelation will incriminate India among other countries ? MR Nair may have his own private interest to advance by engaging in such discussion.

What is illegal. Against which law. Clandestine. America wanted to stop the transfer not Russia. Clandestine doesn't apply. Nambi Narayanan acted on behalf and for ISRO. ISRO stands for the country. Nambinarayan and his gang have tried to declare me as mentally unsound and thereby smoothly confiscate my property. They are blackmailing me that if I don't co-operate, they will not conduct my daughter's marriage.
