Dear Vivek, please read Waking Up by Sam Harris, I've been an ardent follower of Sam Harris. There's a line that he's never crossed - the past life experiences etc. However, he's spoken about the mysterious nature of consciousness. I consider Lena's talks much better than Sadhguru or Sri Sri. Except past life experiences, and vedic astrology, I agree with her on the other points.

You have to take this seriously, you are moving away from a composed rationalized and well put narrative to being influenced gradually to an mildly aggressive viewer endorsing story teller. Its an actual progression that you have made on the wrong end of the spectrum, i am not saying its wrong but just be aware if u r not. But brain of a person is in its present form after millions of years of evolution. That means something had been cooking since millions of years to be used as my brain today.
