Ingredients
Gooseberry-20
Garlic -2 pods
Green chilli-10
Curryleaves-
Sesame Oil-5-6tbsp
Chilli Powder-2tbsp
Kashmiri chilli Powder-1tbsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
Vinegar-1/2cup
Water-1cup
Salt-
Asafoetida Powder-1/4tsp
Fenugreek Powder-1/2tsp
Mustard Seeds-1tsp
Dry Red chilli-3
Fenugreek Seeds-1/4tsp
Method
Steam gooseberry for 10 minutes in high flame .
After cooling down cut into small pieces .Keep aside
Now heat oil and splutter mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds fllowed by dry red chilli d curry leaves .
Now reduce the flame to low and add all powders and saute till the raw smell goes .
Now add water and vinegar .boil for 2 minutes .
Check the taste.Finally add gooseberry and mix well.. Switch off the gas and allow the pickle to cool.
Now transfer to a dry glass bottle and use ..
