Roast the rava: Heat ghee in a pan and roast the rava on low-medium heat until it turns golden and aromatic.
Add the coconut: Add grated coconut and roast lightly along with the rava.
Mix milk powder: Add the milk powder and stir until well combined.o
Add the mishri powder to the rava mixture, mix well, and turn off the heat. Let it cool slightly, then shape the mixture into ladoos.
Optional: Garnish with slivers of almonds or cashews.
You can adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of mishri.
The use of coconut milk gives the ladoos a rich, creamy flavor. You can also use regular milk if preferred.
Store the ladoos in an airtight container; they stay fresh for a few days.
