It was not a freedom struggle, but was aimed at creating Darul Islaam. It was not an agrarian struggle as no muslim landlord was killed. Hindus both rich and poor were butchered and put even in wells.
The puranas are masala and written by vested interests! Like Sir said, we must read these texts to understand the existence & psyche of the cunning upper caste. But right now,we must think, ,how to uplift human beings irrespective of caste,creed,& gender, in the 21st century. Let's work on it with unity & uproot the fundamentalists. Instead of giving stress to the masala, we must read Upanishads & Vedanta and learn the essence of those invaluable scriptures. In my personal opinion,Panchatantra must be included in school curriculum from primary classes. The moral lessons which we get from this will definitely reflect in our society.

Starts Gita with "Dharma" & ends with "Mama" - ie, My Investment, the Intentional cover that I had (given to you - i am uncovering for you, educing for you - carry the flow in & through you - for the Rest & thus you Rest in peace)....
14:20 Yudhisthira has clarified that he who is assumed to be Shudra is actually a Brahmin if he is a follower of the tools of dharma like always truthful, non liar, etc. That means markandeya also should be of the same opinion. But if really one who is a Shudra - that means the virtues of truthfulness and integrity are not his traits, and starts doing / imitating the activities of Brahmin, then the fourth leg of dharma - the cow is also lost!! We can see this in our daily surroundings - viz. a self claiming Brahmin demands money instead of accepting whatever given as dakshina; or he is a quack medical practitioner without any knowledge of medicine; or engaged in amassing wealth by selling knowledge (as in the missionary run schools charging heavy fees); demands money for medical services (modern day medical doctors) etc. These are some of the reasons for Brahmins deprecating to Shudra. That being the case, it means that we have already reached Kaliyuga. If someone needs to laugh, it is only because he has not stuck to the exact meaning and the right intend. Had he done so, he wouldn’t have behaved as if he is a real Shudra instead of becoming as rightful Brahmin. 😂😂😂
