I am from Thiruvalla town, and I knew about this as Mathachen house(owner of CVM & Deepa movie theaters) from age five onwards. Last year(2022), we stayed one month in the CVM house. The house is well-kept and well-maintained. The house has a kitchen, dining room, and laundry. The bedrooms are large, with comfortable beds, and are Air Conditioned. The service provided by the security and the attendant was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the nature outside. Those rare trees are a unique experience. We held our granddaughter's Baptism extravagantly on the lawn. We had a wonderful experience during our month's stay in CVM house, Thiruvalla.
