Simple excuse and today is the 12 th day. In 1995 our office Mobile Laboratory got break down in the middle of forest there while coming from Goa after conducting an Exhibition at 4 pm . The whole night we were trapped in the forest and by 6am I walked 10 km and came outside the forest where few house were found and fortunately one house had a telephone and they allowed me to telephone our Director by 7am. He immediately telephoned Karwar Office OIC to get a mechanic and rush to the spot. The OIC , a Karnataka man ,a friend of mine also came to our help only at 4 30 pm even though our Director telephoned him every 2 hours. Funny part is though it was a working day, the Karnataka man was in his house only not even coming to the office. I informed our Director, the time of his arrival and how we 4 people were starving with out food also. The Karnataka man was called to Cochin and was banged sevierly. Not all Karnataka people may not be as my office colleague.

കുന്നിടിച്ച് റോഡ് നിർമ്മിച്ച പലയിടത്തും അപകടം പതിയിരിക്കയാണ്.ഇത് തിരിച്ചറിവാകുന്നിലെങ്കിൽ ഭാവിയിൽ വൻ ദുരന്തത്തിനാണ് കോപ്പുകൂട്ടുന്നത്. കാലാവസ്ഥയുടെ രീതി തന്നെ മാറിയ ഇക്കാലത്ത് ഏത് സുരക്ഷിതത്വത്തിന് മുൻഗണനയും ശാസ്ത്രീയ പഠനവും അനിവാര്യം'
