1998 ൽ സ്ഥാപിതമായ Pinnacle Engineers & Architects എന്ന സ്ഥാപനം ആർക്കിറ്റെക്ചടെക്ചർ ഡിസൈനിങ്ങിൽ പുതിയ ആശയങ്ങളിലൂടെ നിമ്മാണ മേഖലയിലെ വിവിധ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾക്ക് പരിഹാരം നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുകയും നടപ്പിലാക്കുകയുമുണ്ടായി. ഡിസൈനിങ്ങിൽ നൂതന സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യകൾ ഈമേഖലയിൽ ആദ്യമായി നടപ്പിലാക്കിയവയിൽ ചിലതാണ് കംപ്യൂട്ടറിൽ ഓട്ടോകാഡ് സോഫ്ട്‍വെയർ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പ്ലാനും 3d വ്യൂ നിർമ്മാണവും 1998 ൽ സ്ഥാപിതമായ കാലഘട്ടങ്ങളിൽ ക്ലൈന്റിന് തങ്ങളുടെ നിർമ്മിതി പണി പൂർത്തിയാവുമ്പോൾ എപ്രകാരമായിരിക്കുമെന്നു മനസ്സിലാക്കികൊടുക്കാൻ ഉപകരിച്ചു. വർഷം 2000 ആയപ്പോൾ വീടുകളുടെയും മറ്റു നിർമ്മിതികളുടെയും ആനിമേറ്റഡ് വീഡിയോ പ്രസന്റേഷൻ വഴി ഡിസൈനിങ് രംഗത്തെ നൂതന സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യയിലൂടെയും നിമ്മാണ രംഗത്ത് വെള്ളം, ഭൂമി നികത്തൽ, ചൂട്,കാലാവസ്ഥ വ്യതിയാനങ്ങൾകൊണ്ടുള്ള പ്രശനങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങി പല വെല്ലുവിളികൾക്കും പരിഹാരം നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുകയും നടപ്പിലാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
തുടർന്ന് വര്ഷം 2011 ൽ പുതിയ സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യകളും, നിർമ്മാണരീതികളും,ഡിസൈനുകളും ചെയ്യുന്ന നഗരത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച ആർക്കിടെക്ചർ ഡിസൈൻ ചെയ്യുന്ന സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ പേര് ആളുകൾക്ക് പെട്ടന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നതിനായി ആർക്ക് സ്പേസ് ആർക്കിടെക്ചർ എന്നാക്കി മാറ്റി.
ഇന്ന് കേരളത്തിൽ തന്നെ അപൂർവ്വങ്ങളിൽ ഒരു രീതിയായി ആർക്ക് സ്പേസ് ന്റെ ഡിസൈനിങ് രീതികൾ മാറിയിരിക്കുന്നു. നിർമ്മാണത്തിലും ഡിസൈനിങ്ങിലും ജനങ്ങൾ നേരിടുന്ന പ്രയാസങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കലാണ് ആർക്ക് സ്പേസ് എല്ലാകാലത്തും ശ്രമിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഈ യൂട്യൂബ് ചാനലും ജനങ്ങളുടെ പ്രശനങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി സജീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. വീഡിയോ കാണുമ്പോൾ ഒരു 3d ഇമേജ് കാണുന്നതിലും കൂടുതൽ വ്യക്തത ലഭിക്കും എന്നതിനാലും, ലോക്‌ഡോൺ പോലോത്ത സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ സഞ്ചാരം മുടക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞങ്ങളുടെ നിർമ്മിതികളും ഡിസൈനിങ്ങും ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് പരിചയപ്പെടുത്താൻ ഏറ്റവും നല്ല മാർഗ്ഗം ഇതായിരിക്കും എന്ന തോന്നലുമാണ് ഈ ചാനൽ തുടങ്ങാൻ ഞങ്ങളെ പ്രേരിപ്പിച്ചത്.

Innovative technologies in design were some of the first to be implemented in the industry, using the AutoCAD software to create plans and 3D views that helped clients understand what their construction would look like when completed in 1998. By the year 2000, animated video presentations of houses and other structures were used to design and implement solutions to a number of challenges in the field of design, such as water, land reclamation, heat and climate change.
In the year 2011, ArcSpace Architecture was renamed the city's best architectural design company for its innovative technologies, construction methods and designs.
Today, the design methods of arc space have become a rarity in Kerala itself. Arc Space has always sought to address the difficulties people face in construction and design. This RU-vid channel is also set up to solve people's problems. What motivated us to start this channel was the fact that watching a video gives you more clarity than watching a 3d image, and that this would be the best way to introduce people to our creations and design when situations like Lockdown stop traveling.
