Ingredients - ചേരുവകൾ
Beef - 500 g - ബീഫ്
Rice - 500 g - അരി
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp - മഞ്ഞൾ പൊടി
Lime juice - 1 tbsp - നാരങ്ങാനീര്
Tomato - 160 g - തക്കാളി
Onion - 240 g - സവാള
Green chilly - 20 g - പച്ചമുളക്
Garlic - 20 g - വെളുത്തുള്ളി
Ginger - 20 g - ഇഞ്ചി
Coconut oil - 90 ml - വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ
Clove - 8 - ഗ്രാമ്പൂ
Cardamom - 4 - ഏലക്ക
Cinnamon - 4 pc - പട്ട
chilly powder - 1 tsp - മുളക് പൊടി
Coriander powder - 2 tsp - മല്ലിപൊടി
Fennel seed powder - 1/2 tsp - പെരുംജീരകം
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp - ഗരംമസാല
Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp - ഉലുവ
Coriander leaves - 10 g - മല്ലിയില
Curry leaves - കറിവേപ്പില
Salt - ഉപ്പ്
