മുടിയിൽ എല്ലാദിവസവും എണ്ണ തേയ്ക്കാമോ? HAIR OILING ROUTINE FOR LONG HAIR | How To Use Oil Hair Growth 

I was able to grow my hair back with liittleextra reactivate hair growth serum. Taken 3 months apart. First one in Jan, second in March. You must apply the serum directly to the scalp and massage into skin with very little pressure. Avoid pull on your hair. The hair coming in seems to be good quality. There's been less hair fall overall. I use at night, the serum doesn't make your hair sticky, but you only need a few drops to work - less is more. Additionally, switched pillows cases to satin so that my sleep is easier on my hair.

After getting better from COVID, my hair was falling out more than usual. So, I took some positive steps to fix it. I improved my diet by eating healthier food with more protein and vitamins. I also started walking for 20 minutes every day and meditated for 10 minutes to reduce stress. I followed a special hair care routine, using hair oil named littleextra cocoonion twice a week and washing with littleextra’s mild shampoo and conditioner. In the mornings, I drank amla juice. I also decided to limit smoking and drinking, only doing it once a month for socializing. With all these changes, my hair fall reduced. Thank you to everyone for supporting me!

My routine : 1. Only wash my hair 3 times a week 2. Before those hair washes, i will massage my scalp with coconut oil for about 5-6 min 3 only uses shampoo and conditioner 2 times a month (mama earth) Note : 1. Maximum i try to be stay cool in high pressure situation. Which means stress situations 2. My hair is not oily or dry. Normal hair 3. Wears cap to protect my hair whenever i got outside. Thats it. I hope you guys understood thank you❤ One more thing, I wont apply oil again after bathing on my hair
