Meditation is an art to relax our mind and soul. The rest in meditation is deeper than the deepest sleep that you can ever have. It is an activity in which a person just sits and allows his mind to dissolve. A person can do meditation in two ways i.e. guided meditation and self-meditation. Guided meditation is the one in which meditation is done with the help of psychologist, author, and teacher of meditation. Guided meditation awakens self -compassion de - conditions our suffering. On the other hand, self - meditation is the one in which a person does meditation himself without the help of any teacher or psychologist.
Meditation for beginners is harder than the meditation for experts. It is recommended that the beginners should meditate for just 2 minutes and not more than that. Meditation should be done regularly to feel the difference in your life. Meditation for experts is a bit simple as they are well versed with the stages and basic rules. They can easily meditate up to certain limit of time and at any time of the day. In order to meditate, ensure that the noise level of the place is under control and light is quite dim and soothing. Do it at the same time every day so as to make the routine.
Meditation has good impacts on our daily life. It can reduce the stress level and improves our relationships with everyone around us. While meditating, visualization is an important thing. The place chosen for mediation, its light, sound, display etc plays an important role. Also, the energy level of the body should be great in order to meditate well.
