MBIFL which takes place annually at the Kanakakunnu Palace, Trivandrum, intends to reflect the ineffable nature of the human condition offering incandescent possibilities of imagination and creativity.

വ്യവസായം സാധ്യമാണ് കേരളത്തില്‍. പ്രതിസന്ധികളെയല്ല, സാധ്യതകളെക്കുറിച്ചാണ് പറയേണ്ടതെന്ന സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ടൈറ്റില്‍ തന്നെ വളരെ അനുയോജ്യമാണ്. സംരംഭകരെ പോസിറ്റീവായി ചിന്തിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ചോദ്യങ്ങളും അഭിപ്രായങ്ങളും ഉത്തരങ്ങളും. പരിമിതികളില്‍ നിന്ന് എങ്ങനെ നേട്ടമുണ്ടാക്കാമെന്ന് വ്യവസായികളുടെ പ്രതികരണം ശ്രദ്ധേയമായി.

കേരളം എന്നും വ്യവസായത്തിന് പറ്റിയ സംസ്ഥാനമായിരുന്നു. നവാസ്, വിജു തുടങ്ങിയവർ ഇതിനു. മികച്ച ഉദാഹരണങ്ങളാണ് . കേരളത്തിന്‌ പറ്റിയ വ്യവസായം തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നത് പ്രധാനമാണ്.ഇവിടെ സംരംഭങ്ങൾ പരാജയ യപ്പെടാനുള്ള മുഖ്യ കാരണങ്ങൾ സാങ്കേതിക മാറ്റങ്ങൾ ഉൾകൊള്ളാൻ കഴിയാത്തതും മാനേജ് മെന്റിന്റെ കാര്യക്ഷമത ഇല്ലായ്‌മയാണ്.

Gov കളയുന്ന ഒരു പാട് fund നല്ല നിലയിൽ ഉപയോഗിച്ചാൽ ഒരുപാട് മാറ്റങ്ങൾ വന്നേനെ. Example kera (കേരം തിങ്ങിയ നാട്ടിൽ ഒരുപാട് കേര related products internationally big market anu ) പക്ഷെ പദ്ധതി ഉണ്ട്, എങ്ങും എത്തില്ല. കൃഷി , ടുറിസം, മെഡിക്കൽ ടൂറിസം and എഡ്യൂക്കേഷൻ ടുറിസം. ഇതിൽ ഒക്കെ കേരളത്തിന്‌ വലിയ വിജയം കൈവരിക്കാൻ ഇപ്പോഴും പറ്റും. നല്ല aco system and security ഭരിക്കുന്നവർ ഉറപ്പു തന്നാൽ കേരളത്തിൽ അത്ഭുങ്ങൾ നടക്കും. സത്യം പറഞ്ഞാൽ കേരളം ഒരു developed district ആകാൻ കെൽപ്പും കൈവും ഉള്ള നാട് ആണ്.. പൊളിട്രിക്‌സും സിസ്റ്റവും മാത്രം മാറിയാൽ മതി

ഇവിടെ ബിസിനസ്‌ തുടങ്ങുന്നവർ കുറച്ച് കാര്യങ്ങൾ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണം. 1. ഏത് രാഷ്ട്രീയപാർട്ടിക്കാർ സംഭാവന ചോദിച്ചാലും കൊടുക്കുക. സിപിഎം ഒഴികെ മറ്റുള്ളവരോട് negotiate ചെയ്ത് കുറപ്പിക്കാം. 2. പോർട്ടർമാർ വരുമ്പോൾ അവരോട് ചിരിക്കുക. ചോദിക്കുന്നത് കൊടുക്കുക. സൗഹൃദം ഉണ്ടാകാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുക 3. ലോക്കൽ ഗാങ്സിനെ വേണ്ടത് കൊടുത്ത് നിർത്തുക.

Well moderated program . Good job Roshan ! However , there isn't a person on the panel to speak about the bottlenecks of running a business in Kerala. I think the bottlenecks are the ones we should be speaking and discussing about, only then there would be progress. Speaking loud about the positives and hiding the negatives can just win the public appeal. The panelists are successful businessmen and ministers, who will have difficulty disclosing the issues on an open platform. A talk like this would have been much more significant if budding entrepreneurs who have limited purchase power were included. My experience: It is not easy to run a business. It is really hard to deal with government agencies or even to get an appointment with respective ministers of higher officials to discuss the way around. Corruptions still exist. We do have quite a few outdated rules/regulations.

From my experience കേരളം നല്ല consumer district ആണ്. മികച്ച സംവിദാനങ്ങളും ആധുനിക പ്രോഡക്ടസും ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന ആവിശ്യപെടുന്ന ജനങ്ങൾ ആണ് കേരളത്തിൽ. (There is big part done by other country money and life style flow to kerala) ഉപപോക്തകൾ ഉള്ള കാലത്തോളം ബിസിനസ് പോസിബിൾ ആണ്. So kelara have opertunity to do business But കേരളം business friendly അല്ല. Our fucking system and officers are not helping. നല്ലോണം കൈകൂലി പിന്നെ പൊളിറ്റിക്കൽ ഇൻഫ്ലുൻസ് പിന്നെ lack of futuristic view in gov. കേരളം ഭരിക്കുന്നവർ വല്ലാതെ കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് നഷ്ടത്തിൽ നടത്തി കൊണ്ട് പോകുന്ന പലചരക്കു കട പോലെ ആണ്. പിച്ചകാരന് സർവൈവ് ചെയ്യാൻ ഭക്ഷണം കൊടുക്കുന്ന പോലെ ആണ് ജനങ്ങളെ നോക്കുന്നത്. വളഞ്ഞു പോളഞ്ഞു റോഡ് അതിൽ കുറേ ക്യാമറ. തുരുമ്പും പുകയും നിറഞ്ഞ അന വണ്ടി. Gov officers അടിമകളെ പോലെ ജനങ്ങളോട് പെരുമാറുന്നു.. പോലീസ്, പഞ്ചായത്ത്, other ഡിപ്പാർട്മെന്റ്സ്. എല്ലാം കണക്കാ..... കസ്റ്റമേർസ് ഉണ്ട്. അതുകൊണ്ട് കേരളത്തിന്റെ സ്വഭാവം നോക്കി കണ്ടു കൈകാര്യം (കാണേണ്ടത് പോലെ കണ്ടാൽ ) ചെയ്താൽ business ചെയ്യാം പൈസ ഉണ്ടാകാം... നല്ല കോൺസുമേഴ്‌സ് ഇഷ്ടം പോലെ ഉണ്ട്
