Citroen C3 shine turbo പയ്യെ next facelift വരുമ്പോള്‍ എടുക്കണം.... അപ്പോഴേക്കും അവന്മാര് facelift വഴി ആ instrument cluster മാറ്റി adjustable head rest കൊടുത്തു and door handle ഒന്ന് മാറ്റിയാല്‍ മതിയായിരുന്നു..... @@jayakrishna51 depends on how you define quality.. body quality മാത്രം ആണേൽ ഓക്കേ.. പക്ഷെ ഒരു product ന്റെ quality പ്രധാനമായും തീരുമാനിക്കുന്നത് after sales service കൂടിയാണ്. നല്ല അടിപൊളി quality സാധനം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിട്ട് അതിന് എന്തേലും പ്രോബ്ലം പറ്റിയാൽ നമുക്ക് ബന്ധപ്പെടാൻ കൊള്ളാവുന്ന ഒരു സെർവീസ് സെന്റർ ഇല്ലേൽ പിന്നെ അതിനെ quality എന്ന് വിളിക്കാൻ പറ്റുവോ? അതാണ് ടാറ്റയുടെ അവസ്ഥ.. ഇത് പോലെ safety നോക്കി tata tiago എടുത്തു. വണ്ടി underpowered ആണേലും ഞങ്ങടെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് നല്ല വണ്ടിയാണു.. ride ഒക്കെ ok ആണ്.. body super ആണ്.. but സെർവീസ് സെന്ററുകർ പണി തന്നു.. അവന്മാർ ഞങ്ങളെ പറ്റാവുന്നതിന്റെ അങ്ങേയറ്റം വലിപ്പിച്ചു. ഞങ്ങൾക് ഒരുപാട് നഷ്ടം ഉണ്ടകിപ്പിച്ചു. പറഞ്ഞ പണി ഒന്നും മര്യാദക്ക് ചെയ്തില്ല എന്തിനു കുറച്ചു ദിവസം സെർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ വെച്ച് സീറ്റ് പൂപ്പൽ പിടിച്ച വണ്ടി അത് വൃത്തിയാക്കാതെ ആണ് ഞങ്ങക്ക് തിരിച്ചു തന്നത്. എന്നിട്ട് ആ സ്പോട്ടിൽ വെച്ച് അവന്മാരെ കൊണ്ട് അത് വൃത്തിയാക്കിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു എനിക്ക്.. അവന്മാരുടെ സെർവീസ് കഴിഞ്ഞു വണ്ടിക്ക് വരുന്ന പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ വേറെ.. അവന്മാർ ബോഡി work ചെയ്തിട്ട് എന്റെ back door ഇപ്പോഴും മഴ പെയ്താൽ ചോർച്ച ആണ്.. അവസാനം ഗതികേട്ട് ഞങ്ങൾ ഒരു മാരുതി wagonr എടുത്തു.. ഇപ്പോ ശെരിക്കും മനസിലാകുന്നുണ്ട് quality എന്താണെന്നും നല്ല സെർവീസ് ഒരു customer ൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഫീൽ എന്താണെന്നും.. so quality and safety എന്നൊക്കെ എന്നോട് പറയരുത്.. നന്നായി അനുഭവിച്ചതാണ്.. ഇനിയൊരു ടാറ്റ വണ്ടി എടുക്കാൻ പോയിട്ട് ആർക്കേലും suggest ചെയ്യാൻ പോലും മടിക്കുന്ന അത്രയും അവന്മാർ എന്നെ വെറുപ്പിച്ചു..

The thing that no one seems to address is the issue with 1.2 turbo engine in euopean market which was recalled due to technical issue with respect to belt ..dont know if they fixed the same or selling the same unit 😅
