Hello dear friends, this is my 291th Vlog and 11th of my Onam Series. This is In this video I have demonstrated an easy way to make Soya Chunks Fry (Dry Roast).

How to make Soya Chunks Ularthu ( Dry Roast )
Water
SOYA Chunks - 100gms
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/4 tsp + 1tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp + 1 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp + 1/2 - 1tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Big onion - 2 Medium Size
green chillies - 4 nos
ginger - 1 Small Piece
Refined oil - 2 - 3 tbs
Garlic ( Big Flakes ) - 4 - 5 ( Crushed )
Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
Curry Leaves
TOMATO - 1 nos
TOMATO Sauce - 1 tbs
Chilli Sauce - 1 tbs
Soy Sauce - 1 - 2 tsp
Mint Leaves
