Politics is by the people, of the people, and for the people, however, it is very important to focus on honesty, integrity, and transparency when engaging in politics a good example is JVP, if not what has happened to UNP. SLFP, et al today will encounter you sooner or later.

Manju, I have been following you since 2019. I have a strong feeling that you could be the Sri Lankan version of history’s greats likes Ronald Reagan, Margret Thatcher, Imran, or Mahathir. To that end I hope the decision you are taking now (to align with another) abandoning the tap symbol is the right one for the country, given the constraints in registering your own party. But let me tell you one thing. Even if JVP comes to power there won’t be anything different they could do because of the corrupt Constitution they’ll have to govern and be governed by. Our constitution is made to suit the criminals & the mafia in Parliament. How can you ever dream of doing good (even if you have noble intents) under a law that is corrupt and made to benefit the crooks. It’s not possible. When the foundation is wrong & defective, the building is definite to collapse. That’s why we need a new constitution like the one that Mr.Kodithuwakku has. Talk to him and find out about that. There’s no point in trying to build on a faulty foundation.

I remember global sri Lankan congress joined hands with a registered party with a simple a water tap? Is this a different one on the 23rd? However I with you all luck as always.
