අක්කේ, රාත්‍රී නින්දට යනවිට ශරීරයේ body cream ආලේප කරන්න හොඳ නැද්ද? සමේ porces වලට relax වෙන්න සහ පරිවෘත්තිය ක්‍රියාවන් සිදු වීමට ශරීරයේ සම නිදහස්ව තියන්න ඕනද? මූහුණටත් night cream ආලේප කරන්න හොඳ නැද්ද ?

0:15 ---- we should only wet our face when doing physical scrubs , not chemical...so make it clear CHEMICAL scrubs or exfoliators - we should NOT apply it for the wet face. first we should wash and dry our face !!!! Make it clear for one's who are new to this physical scrub - we should wash our face and scrub while its still wet 3:51 ----- Pores cannot be opened or closed. They also cannot be made smaller. Often, when people say they wish to open their pores, what they're referring to is a deep cleaning to remove excess oil and debris. This may make open pores look as if they've shrunk or closed.
