Thank you. My first two tries were awful and I am going to follow yours. I used normal rice flour and then I tried another batch after roasting the flour in a pan. That didn't work. So I will now try yours. I will come back and update here. I understand what you say about the consistency as it seems that's where I am going wrong and how I long I steam it for.

Thank you so much🙏when you use normal rice flour, you should use very hot water.boil Walter first and keep aside until smok go out, then use it.be careful if you use boiling water right away dough might be very hard.
