Thank you so much Mrs. Anoma for your delicious recipes. I came a cross your channel few months ago. Now I am a very good fan of your RU-vid channel. When ever I have a leisure time I go through your recipe's. I have tried out some of them, they are very taste. I really appreciate the way you demonstrate without any hidden secret. Good luck and wish you all the very best.
Very soft tasty cake..... The chocolate taste overides the coffee taste though. Thinking of increasing the amount of coffee and taking off chocolate powder next time....
I’m sure it taste good and I have been following your recipes for sometime now. Just a small request to keep giving measurements during the video because I find it really easy. We are so used to it now so please consider doing it your usual way. Thank you.

Thanks Aunty Anoma for the lovely Coffee cake recipe..!!! :) Would you mind to tell us the places where we can buy cream of tartar and the functionality of it?
I hope you dont mind me replying, instead of Aunty Anoma. 😊 Cream of tartar ( potassium bytarterrate ) can be purchased at cake ingredients stores. There are two reasons to use cream of tartar. It can be a stabilizer ( making egg whites get stiff peaks) or a leavening agent ( cakes rising and puffing up). In this recipe c of t is acting as a leavening agent, because its reaction with baking soda. This recipe didn't call for any baking power. The cream of tartar + baking soda, did the same job of baking power. Hope this helps.🙂
