Very informative video 💙 Small question, when you are searching for an electricity contract you gave a quota of 1500 units/year right? So that means you can only use 1500 units for that year? Otherwise the monthly amount should change accordingly no? Can you explain about this a little bit more? Thanks in advance!!!

We can use as much as possible. But annually they bill for extra units at higher rate. Same happens If we use lower than 1500. they will pay back to us

@@travellinglovebirds Still there's a confusion 😅 I didn't get what you said about billing at a higher rate *annually*. This is my idea right now. 1. You get a fixed cost per month (let's say 50€) even though you used more than 125 units (1500/12). 2. Just assume that your monthly consumption rate is 150 units (assuming without considering the season changes). 3. So you are going to consume your units that you subscribed initially within 10 months. Then what'll happen? You have to pay for all the extra units at the end of the contract period?

Yes. We nees to pay for all extra units at the end of the year. At that time, the cost per unit could be higher or lower based on current market price. Normally it will be higher than the unit price we got in the contract. Because when we buy long term contracts, normally they give us for lower rates.

@@travellinglovebirds එතකොට දුප්පත් මිනිස්සු කොහොම ද කරන්නේ ? ඒ මිනිස්සු ඔහේ පාරවල් වල වළං වලට ගහනව ද නැති නම් පද්දන් අරන් ඉන්නවා ද රජයේ දුශිතයෝ ඉන්නේ මුන් හොරා කාල contract එකේ තියෙන ගානට වඩා වැඩි වුනොත් වැඩියෙන් unit එකට ගන්නවා කියල. අපේ ලංකාවේ NPP එක වගේ පක්ෂයක් නැති ද දුප්පත් මිනිස්සු ගැන බලන්න. බලන්න ලංකාවේ දුප්පත් මිනිස්සුන්ට NPP එක කොතරම ආදරේ ද ? එහෙම නැති ද දැන් ඔය රටේ ?
