I made the bread according to this recipe. Thank you Anoma. It came really well. Texture is so soft. I didn’t have a loaf pan. Because of that, shape was different than the bakery bread.
Thank you so much Anoma for sharing this total experience at a traditional bakery. What a lot of hard labour work goes into making bread. I am amazed that it’s a one man’s work. This is indeed a rare opportunity that we would not have seen the hard work of this baker to produce all the delicious bread. I love “kade Pan” better than the supermarket bread. A huge thank you and sincere appreciation to the baker too! 🙏🙏🙏👌👌👌💝
Thank you so much for demonstrating this rarest video Thank you so much for your great effort and enthusiasm. Thanks for Mr Samarasiri for being honest we still love our country simple lifestyle from USA
This was a very interesting unseen place and unknown recipe how they make bread'. Thank you very much for taking all the trouble and posting this video
Thank you! Anoma for showing how they make crusty, tasty bread and other bakery items in bakeries in Sri Lanka. What a lot of hard work. They have to pay the baker more than what they pay I think. A good experience to see this video. Thank you! again.

Thank you very much Mrs Anoma and Mr Samarasiri for showing us this unique 🍞 making episode. It is a lot of hard work. Tribute to all the bakery workers past and present. The unsung heroes who have been giving us a delicious loaf of bread to enjoy.
For the first time in my life I watched bread been made and baked in Sri-Lanka. I knew it was hard work, but never knew how hard bread baking was, until I watched this video. In a way I’m grateful I saw this but now my heart hurts for the hard work put into it. Thank you for the video. And thank the gentleman too.

Thank you very much aunt, for sharing this kind of rare videos. It think people would think twice before wasting food. They should realize that its not as easy as they throw away to make it.
This is so valuable to show our children and teach how bread gets to their plate. In Japan primary school children get to visit a bakery as a learning experience and make bread in middle school for home economics.
