Well, finally the agreed economic position is middle path or a mixed economy. There's no strong commitment from the JJb as well to make an extreme state-controlled economy. We expect the winner; whoever it would be, not to change words after winning the election. These laws may still exist in statute books but are no longer enforced or applicable. Moreover, the Supreme Court has twice, ruled that a President's term is two years. All that is necessary is to rescind 6 years & enter 5 years instead, Quoting 19 the amendment and as the source, in section 31( d) The person declared elected as President at an election held under this paragraph shall if such a person (i) is the President in office, holds office for a term of five years (19th amendment) commencing on such date in the year in which that election is held (being a date after such election) or in the succeeding year, as corresponds to the date on which his first term of office commenced, whichever date is earlier; or (ii) is not the President in office, hold office for a term of five years (19 the amendment) commencing on the date on which the result of such election is declared. My view is that by now the legal Draftsman with instruction from the AGs department, should have attended to this matter and if need be referred the amendment to the Supreme Court & then to the speaker of the house.

Harsha please talk about SJB policies and sell them that’s fine. You can also talk against the current government’s passage of ineffective legislation but don’t try to sling mud and false propaganda about other parties. Court petitions are on technical grounds and it’s childish on your part to associate that with economic policies.
