Carrot cake Ingredients
Plain flour 250g
Brown sugar 250g
Bicarbonate soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1tsp
Cinnamon powder 1tsp
Carrot grated 4
Egg 4
Vanilla essence 1tsp
Vegetable oil 1 cup (240ml)
Below three nuts are 200g for above recipe
Pecan chopped
Walnuts chopped
Raw cashew chopped
For icing
Butter 200g
Icing sugar 400g
lemon juice 1tbs
Temperature 160C
Cooking time 45 minutes
