Each and every one achieve awareness different way though final approach would be same thing, only one thing that I wanted to add here, anyone who is trying to understand this would require a tremendous effort to get rid off the old neurons, which creating thoughts automatically as “you/me” because we trap in it, our brain instrument works like we breath in and out, no one has to take any attempt to breath in and out, that’s the auto process, likewise our thoughts process same, comes and goes also an auto process, no one can’t stop, even in sleep it works, but only needs to realize these thoughts are occurring in line with universes quantum theory (brain mechanism), realizing this quantum phenomenon by consciousness will remove your identity and be a part of the nature like rain, wind, etc. etc., again if a person can do all these with only listening to ‘bana’ may never fix the issue but can lay down a platform, to turn around our feelings, requires significant amount of time, it may be a week, months, years and person to person varied depending on the ability, let thoughts process to handle itself by nature, once you create the new neurons (means your feelings will create new ones), rest will automatically do, no effort require after that, and there will be no ‘you/me’ any longer. Just read your comment after I added one. Definitely right, to become the nature without creating self is the ultimate. Bana in Pitaka says the same but understanding is difficult. When you have developed genuine interest you can grab it very easily with a support from swaminwahanse like this. Buddha did not say "let's forget the words, let the meaning have remained" The relevant Suttas are MN 103 and DN 29, . In the former it's taught that the meaning is more important than the phrasing, but in the latter it's taught that accurate phrasing is important nonetheless.
